News: Cathedral Treasury Study Day

Spend a fascinating day with curators from some of the finest Cathedral Treasuries in the country, exploring their remarkable collections.  This unique day offers four illustrated talks, telling the stories of people, parishes and national  history, through the treasure held at Guildford, Chichester and Canterbury Cathedrals.

The Treasury at Guildford Cathedral : a personal view of its history and treasures  Ann Wickham, First Curator of the Treasury at Guildford Cathedral (1993-2012), Hon Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Barbers, National Chairman of NADFAS Church Recorders (1980-83)

11.30-12.20pm   

The Treasures of Canterbury Cathedral

Lunch break (& Treasury open for visitors)   Please enjoy lunch in the Refectory where a table will be reserved so delegates can eat together.  Alternatively, picnic benches are available on the Cathedral Green.
