Edward Poole

Edward Poole has been taken on as an apprentice electrician to assist with the installation and updating of the wiring on Guildford Cathedral.

Edward said;

"During my apprenticeship I will be learning electrical theory at college and developing my skills as an installation engineer out on site.

 Up until now I have not worked on grade 2 listed buildings, however I am aware of the restrictions relating to working on protected properties.

 I am excited to work on such a prestigious project.  I know that to have played a part in a job such as this will give me a great sense of satisfaction and pride.

 I have enjoyed my experience so far and hope to continue to develop my skills and learn as much as I can about all aspects of electrical installation during my time as an apprentice.

 After this apprenticeship, I hope to be working full time as a competent fully qualified electrician and developing my skills further"
