Information for charities attending the Roadshow

We’re delighted to host this inaugural event at a time when it’s never been more important for charities to tell people what they do, who they serve and the difference they make to people’s everyday lives. The roadshow aims to support charities in Surrey by creating an opportunity to engage with donors, supporters and the public.

  • Low cost. Pitches for £60. Bring your own pop-ups and gazebos. If you need a table for your pitch, please book at the same time. (bookable for £12)
  • Network and share experiences with other local charities.
  • Invite your donors & supporters.
  • Let the public know what you do.
  • Attract new volunteers.
  • Plenty of free parking
  • Cafe & shop open

Roadshow open 11 am to 3 pm.


  • Set-up from 10 am.
  • You may bring pop-ups and banners that are suitable for indoor use.
  • Some pitches have a power supply and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Please move your vehicle to the far end of the main car park once you have unloaded.
  • Please email with any issues in good time so we can help you.
