News: The Big Draw: Half term fun

Wednesday 24 October, 10am - 12.30pm

Join us for another Wonderful Wednesday in the Nave - a busy morning for all ages offering an informal opportunity to make beautiful things together.  This session is part of the nationwide "Big Draw" festival with special activities led by artist Marina Jurjevic.

Stained glass has been used to tell stories and decorate some of the most beautiful buildings in the world, for at least a thousand years.  Inspired by our stunning building and its windows, experiment with drawing, be playful and create something unique to take  home. Activities are suitable for adults and accompanied children of all ages.  Treasure hunt and brass rubbing also available.

Admission is free, donations towards the cost of putting on such activities are most welcome!

Season's cafe, shop, grounds, treasury and exhibition room will be open.
