Box office terms and conditions
Tickets can be purchased online up to 3pm on the Friday before the event. Customers can have their tickets sent by post, in which case a postage and handling fee of 50p will be added to the total charge, or they can collect from the box office or the on the door facility on the night. Postal delivery is available until 4 working days before an event — after that the customer must collect from the box office or from the door on the night.
The box office, which is situated inside the entrance to the Cathedral, is open on weekdays between 8.30am and 4.30pm (closed for lunch from 1pm-2pm), please note that staff are not always available during these hours. If tickets are not collected from the box office they will automatically be available for collection on the door on the night. If tickets do not arrive, please contact the box office on 01483 547870.
Conditions of Sale
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. The Cathedral box office cannot refund its value to you under any circumstances. A 3% booking fee will be added to the total ticket price (excluding postage) for all bookings. Confirmation that your booking has been placed does not indicate our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer to purchase will be accepted when your tickets are dispatched.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with Guildford Cathedral box office your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about Guildford Cathedral’s programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us at the time of booking. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations in any circumstances.
