Access and temporary closures

The Cathedral is open 365 days a year. During our regular daily worship times visitors are asked to sit and join the service; at other times during the day you are welcome to wander and enjoy the whole building. Occasionally, for services and special events it is necessary to close the Cathedral or part of the Cathedral to visitors. Wherever possible we will include details of temporary closures on the services and events calendar; these closures can also be seen below (please click on the month buttons on the right of this page to show the month you are intending to visit).

There are currently no access restrictions or closures being advertised for March 2024. You may wish to check again closer to your visit, or contact us.
