THE TIME OF SUNDAY EVENSONG

Last November, we conducted a survey amongst stakeholders about the time of Evensong on Sundays. The results were fairly equally balanced, with roughly 40% for changing the time, 40% for not changing, and 20% who didn’t mind. On reflection, the Chapter has decided not to change the time of Evensong for the time, being so that it remains at 6pm.
