A call to action! It can be hard to know what to do that might be helpful.

Pope Francis has asked that everyone who is willing pray the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples - the Lord's Prayer - at 11am today. In doing so, you will be joining Christians around the world, all praying at the same time. One version of the Lord's Prayer is below, but if you'd like to pray it in a different form, you're very welcome - and why not share your version, or translation, with us, in the comments below?

Today's #homeworship is a setting of a prayer to Mary, the mother of Jesus: Gustav Holst's sublime Ave Maria. Today, many Christians recall the arrival of the Angel Gabriel to tell Mary that she would give birth to the Son of God.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
Amen.
