As all of us at Guildford Cathedral continue to pray from home, today's #homeworship is the first of a four-part series of music which will appear over the next week.

The music is by twentieth-century French composer Francis Poulenc, and today's text comes from the Book of Psalms. It reminds us that even in the hardest times, God is with us, and is our strong helper.

The images on this video are taken from a series of pieces of art which hang in the Cathedral every year during Lent: The Stations of the Cross by Arnold Daghani. In total there are 14 images, all fixing on different points of Jesus' last day on earth as a man. Some Christians use these images to meditate on Jesus' crucifixion.
